Bettina is a licensed investigator with 10 years’ experience in fraud, background investigations and surveillance operations. Bettina has a wide variety of investigative experience. She worked in the Canadian K9 Group’s investigation division, held the position of lead investigator, worked as a case manager managing accounts and supervised a small team of investigators. She lived in London, England where she earned the PCI designation.
Non-Profit Organization Consultant
Lorne Gunther is an enthusiastic leader whose talents employ a unique blend of personality and life experiences in both the secular and non-secular environments. Lorne actively consults with non-government organizations to include schools, churches, and other non-profit organizations to determine their security risks and develops solutions to mitigate those risks through a strategic partnership with the Rampart Group.
Robert is the President, Cherokee Woods Consulting Corporation, Houston, TX. He has served as a security consultant for Fortune 500 companies, a Financial Data Services company, a District Attorney’s Office, and a diverse group of clients in Mexico, Australia, South America, Europe, and Asia. Robert is the former Special Agent in Charge, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Houston, Texas, and former acting Director of the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center).
Marc Lorenti is the former Director, U.S. Investigations, for the Motion Picture Association of America, Inc. (MPAA), where he directed and managed complex/sensitive worldwide investigations and intelligence collection focused on content protection, fraud, source piracy, money laundering and counterfeiting for the six (6) major U.S. motion picture studios to include Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, Paramount Pictures Corporation, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, Universal City Studios LLC, and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.
Forensics Genealogy Expert
Caroline Hoag is a former FBI Supervisory Special Agent. She has adapted her 22 years of investigative experience into a unique business called Forensic Genealogy Investigations. During her FBI career, she specialized in the dogged pursuit of Money Laundering, Financial and Securities Fraud, and many other crimes. This sharp analytic ability taught her to discern and cull myriads of documents and records to successfully prosecute complex Federal cases.
Jerry Robinette brings over 25 years of broad-based leadership, investigative skills, and exemplary service to the Rampart Group team. Most recently, Jerry served as Executive Director/Vice President of Global Financial Crimes Compliance at JPMorgan Chase. While at JP Morgan he directed and managed anti-money laundering teams comprised of over 150 compliance analysts and investigators who focused on counter terrorist financing and violations of the Bank Secrecy Act.
Security Consulting / Investigations
John has a B.A. in History from the University of Washington. Upon graduation, he was also commissioned as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army where he served in several positions and components. He is now a retired Police Officer with 23 years of experience in a wide variety of positions including 5 years as a Crime Analyst. John is a graduate of the Drug Enforcement Administration Intelligence Analysis School at Quantico, Virginia.
Security and Intelligence Consultant
Nathan Masters. With a military and civilian intelligence background, Nathan has a broad array of skills he has utilized to assist clients throughout South-East Asia and beyond. Nathan has worked with government and corporate clients in a range of tasks, from security assessments and investigations to market insertion analysis and close personal protection. Most recently Nathan has been employed as Team Leader for various corporate investigations in support of litigation.
Executive Assistant / Legal Research
Heather has 20 years of experience in investigation work in the Insurance Industry as well as experience in Risk Management for Washington State. Over the years, she has worked cases in just about every domain within the insurance field including Auto, Home, Total Loss, Commercial and claims of those who at the time were in various forms of detention such as Jail and State Prisons. She has certifications in the field including Independent Adjustor of Commercial Claims for the State of Washington.
Web Designer / Developer
Rose is the technical advisor for Rampart Group as well as the Chief Website Developer and CEO of TechMondo.net. She also has high profile experience with Seattle based organizations such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and Safeco Insurance Company, to name a few. Rose prides herself in having a high level of both technical expertise and business acumen, and has been bridging those two skill sets through-out her career.
